The Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board notified the GOP that it will not investigate the claim by the GOP the Horner's Campaign received an illegal corporate contribution. Gary Goldsmith, Director of the Board announced that the ruling is based in part because the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board does not enforce or administer the law in question. The GOP immediately announced they would refile their compliant with the Office of Administrative Hearings.
